| Kabayan and the Mummies |

A small village lost in the mountains of the Cordillera, where the local people used to mummify the dead people and then put them on caves on top of the mountains.
Kabayan is a quite and isolated village, with very few tourists; the result is a village with polite, friendly and smiling people.
And then a trekking of 5 hours to reach the highest mountain of the valley, to discover 700 years old mummies, an Indiana Jones atmosphere! |
