Huaraz and Chavin de Huantar

Huaraz, at 3052 meters on sea level, is located in the middle "Cordillera Blanca", wonderful mountains above 5000 meters, always covered by snow. Nice and quite city, its surroundings are simply amazing: small lagoon in the mountains, small villages with ancient traditions, old temples... and a wonderful view of the mountains.
