Valparaiso Valparaiso, once an old portual city, is now the best place for Chileans and Argentinians for a nice week-end. The 45 steep hills surrounding Valparaiso, with their colourful little houses, give a nice touch to this city. But the thing we liked more about Valparaiso is its food: delicious fish and seafood in huge quantity!
