Iquique and Humerstone After hundred of kilometers in the middle of the desert, it appears Iquique, lovely sea town, with a nice square. Very curious are the ghost towns of Humberstone and Santa Laura, villages in the middle of the desert, built only for the estraction and elaboration of salnitre and then abandoned when the business closed.
