Around Vancouver, Squamish Situated at the head of Howe Sound and surrounded by mountains, Squamish is cradled in natural beauty. There is a long trail through the back of the Chief, which can be steep, and will bring you to have a wonderful view of the landscape below. On a clear day you can see the glaciers on the surrounding Coast Mountains.
